We've had a name change!
In order to better serve its mission for the pharmacy profession in Maryland, we are now the Pharmacists' Education and Advocacy Council.
In addition to taking reports from pharmacists who uphold the Duty to Report law, PEAC advocates on behalf of the pharmacist who has worked diligently on his recovery and is ready to return to practice.
PEAC is a pharmacist rehabilitation committee consisting of pharmacists who are foremost dedicated to protecting public safety and rehabilitation of those pharmacists who are committed to recovery. All pharmacist monitors are volunteers.
